With every job, either Ray or Michael is on site every day meeting with you, supplying and directing subcontractors, and ensuring your home is left safe and secure in the evening. We do not rely on our subcontractors or lead carpenters to run the job. You hired us to do the job and we take pride in that fact.

Open Communication

As with any relationship, communication is key. From our initial meeting to your project’s completion and even after the construction process is finished, you can expect honest, open, and frequent communication from R.A. Praught. When we sit down with you to go over our job estimate numbers, every category that goes into the estimate total is laid out clearly for you to see and inquire about. During the project, we make ourselves available to you and will meet with you as often as the project demands or as often as you feel comfortable.
